Getting to Bergen

Bergen Airport Flesland is located about 18 kilometers south of Bergen. Getting from the airport to Bergen is fairly easy. You can take the Bergen Light Rail (Bybanen). Travel time from the airport to the city center with the Bybanen is approximately 50 minutes. You can also take the airport bus. Travel time from the airport to the city center with the airport bus is approximately 30 minutes. The airport bus is a faster option but the Bybanen is much cheaper. Staying in Bergen

Conference rates are available at the following hotels and can be booked by emailing booking@debergenske.no or calling +47 55 21 25 50 with the code 4200907 for Terminus and 4213970 for Zander K.

All prices include taxes and breakfast in the morning. For a double room there is an additional cost of 200 NOK per night.

These conference rates will be available until 25 March, one month before the conference, so please book your room at the designated conference hotels (Hotel Terminus and Zander K) prior to 25 March to ensure availability.

There are also plenty of other hotels within walking distance to the conference locale. Some budget options are: CityBox, Basic Hotel Bergen, and Ole Bull Hotel Apartments. AirBnB also has several listings for Bergen city center.
